Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. An appointment holds a check-in window so you spend less time waiting. You can book online or call the shop.
How long does a repair take?
Screens, batteries, and many port repairs are often done the same day when the part is in stock. Water damage, data recovery, and motherboard work take longer. We will tell you before we start.
Do I pay when I book?
No. Booking an in-store visit is free. We diagnose the device and quote the repair before you approve it. You pay when you pick the device up.
What does the warranty cover?
Most repairs include a one-year limited warranty on the work we did and the part we installed. It does not cover new damage, liquid, or a different fault. Read the repair terms for the full limits.
