Using the site

This is a draft for the shop owner and a local attorney to review before launch. The legal name, address, and state still need to be filled in.

The site lets you request an in-store repair visit, read about services, and reserve items for pickup. A booking is a request to check in. It is not a promise that a repair will be completed, or a contract for a specific price.

Prices on the store are for items available in the shop. Sample listings are labeled and are not an offer to sell that exact item.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the booking form, attempt to break the site, or submit someone else's personal information without their permission. We may cancel bookings that look fraudulent or automated.

No professional guarantee from the pages

Service descriptions are general. The technician's quote after seeing the device controls the repair. Information on this site is not a warranty by itself. The repair terms and the paperwork at pickup control the warranty.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, the shop is not liable for lost profits or data arising only from use of the website. Repair liability is covered in the repair terms, not here.
